DoubleUps for Beds uses high quality 1/2" (1.27cm) elastic, double stitched and sewn all the way around the fitted bottom sheet. (Other fitted sheets on the market use 1/4" (.64cm) elastic only in the corners.) Using 1/2" (1.27cm) elastic all the way around the fitted bottom sheet creates a perfect fit for ultra thick mattress depths. Our unique double reinforced construction creates a strong corner seam where mattresses need extra strength and durability. Sheets made for conventional mattresses will not fit today's thicker premium mattresses. DoubleUps for Beds high contour deep pocket sheets are "guaranteed to fit" your premium mattress.
I placed an order on the website and have not yet received it. How do I know it has shipped and when I can expect to receive it? You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
How do I return an item that I purchased online? To return an item, contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-977-3832. Our hours are M-F, 8:30-4:30 MST. A Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you with your return.
What is the "return" policy on products manufactured by your "Custom Factory"? Because these orders are made custom to your specifications, they will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. We are happy to send you a sample of the fabric you are considering before you make your final decision. We are also available to answer any of your questions via email, or via telephone, prior to your purchase. In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back to the factory before replacements will be sent. The factory reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at their discretion.
I have an international billing address. Can I place an order online? Orders with international billing and/or shipping addresses can be processed through our website. However, it is recommended that you use PayPal as some international credit cards will not process through U.S. banks. We also, have several other options available for our international customers outside of the U.S.

Order via phone: Our Customer Service Center can accept international purchases over the phone. The toll free number is 1-800-977-3832 or you may call (303) 759-0732. You may view our website and call to place your order at your convenience.
Have DUFB contact you: You also may choose to provide us with your telephone number and a convenient time for us to call (MST) and we will have a Customer Service Representative call you and process the order right over the phone.
Order via email: Select the items you wish to purchase from our website and email your order along with the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include the following when ordering by email
- Your billing address and shipping address
- Contact information, including your telephone number
- We can call for Credit Card or Invoice through PayPal, just let us know in the content of the email.
Shipping costs are based on the total weight and size of the items you purchase. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email from our Fulfillment Department with the details of your order, the total charge including shipping and the estimated delivery time. At that time, we will verify all of your billing, shipping and credit card information.
We do ship to Canada and International. Please use PayPal when placing an order.
Because DoubleUps for Beds products are made in the USA, orders shipped to Canada qualify as duty free under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). However, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes such as Canadian Goods and Service Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). These taxes will be collected by the Canadian Postal Service upon delivery. Canada Post may also charge an additional handling fee when collecting these taxes.
Please note that all customs, duty charges and applicable taxes are not included in this cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
